  1. Savellet provides various services related to cryptocurrency payment methods, including consulting, sales of hardware wallets and Seed Phrase Storages, and educational materials. These services, including savellet.com, are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms and policies provided by Savellet thereafter.
  2. Through our website, we may provide exclusive consulting services and assistance, such as face-to-face, visuals, and direct chat, if requested by customers who have purchased products on our marketplace. 
  3. You can access the Savellet consulting service, which may include the assigning of consultants or advisors to clients, and also our Marketplace through the website.
  4. Some products sold on our marketplace, including hardware wallets, require you to safeguard your digital assets on the device through encryption and other security methods such as password lock, biometrics, fingerprint, and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). We strongly advise you to lock or encrypt your device using all legal recommended methods and ensure that the password or encryption key is known only to you and is not compromised or forgotten. We will not be liable for any loss that may occur and will not store any passwords, security information, or personal information of users.
  5. You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functionality of the services provided by Savellet. If found guilty, we will not hesitate to take legal action to protect our interests.
  6. By using these services, not limited to our assigned consultants or advisors, which may be assigned to clients, and accessing the contents on the Website, you agree to use them for lawful purposes. By using these services, you agree that Savellet will roll out its Version 2 (V2) services, which mainly focus on cryptocurrency payment processors set up for individuals, businesses, and e-commerce stores and do not exclude the cryptocurrency payment consultancy service offered. The V2 service will be rolled out sometime in the year 2024 and will be accessible through the website. With the launch of Savellet V2, this will give room for further adjustment of these terms and conditions; therefore, you agree to all further or future adjustments to the terms.

1.1. Account Registration:

  1. In order to access certain services provided on the website, such as the payment checkout process on the Savellet marketplace, you may be required to provide personal details such as your name, address information, date of birth, email address, shipping address, location, telephone number, and bank or credit card number for payment orders. Additionally, for exclusive consulting support related to our services, you may need to create an account. During the account creation process, users or customers are required to provide accurate and complete information.

Such actions are strictly prohibited.
  2. Savellet Ltd. is the owner and manager of the website www.savellet.com, and Savellet retains all ownership rights to all properties therein. This includes, but is not limited to, the website’s design, layout, text, images, and other content. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any content from the website without obtaining explicit written consent from Savellet.
  3. Savellet respects the intellectual property rights of other third parties, and we expect our users and customers to do the same. 4. Products, Price, Order Confirmation, and Shipping:

  3. Product orders are placed through our Website (the marketplace) and are considered binding upon order confirmation, which may be irreversible.
  4. All prices are listed in the designated currency on the Website and are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs, which will be paid by the customer upon confirming the purchase. All product prices on the website are subject to change without notice and may be affected by elements like production costs.
  5. Payment is required at the time of placing the order, and we accept various payment methods listed during the checkout process on our website or marketplace.
  6. Savellet reserves the right to update or modify the pricing of any products at any time, and such changes will not affect orders already placed by customers.
  7. Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase. The shipping tracking number and/or details will be sent to your email address as soon as your product is shipped.
  8. We offer shipping to valid postal addresses in the countries where our services are supported and legal. Shipping delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method at checkout.
  9. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times will vary depending on the chosen shipping method at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 working days after the order is processed, while international shipping may take up to 10–14 working days after the order is processed. However, we strive to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location, customs procedures, and other factors beyond our control.
  10. Savellet is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages incurred during and after shipping. Weather patterns, customs procedures, unanticipated courier service risks, and other factors outside of our control might have an impact on some of these circumstances. Once the product is shipped from our warehouse, all risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

5. Product Warranty:

  1. All hardware wallets sold on our marketplace are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The terms and conditions of the warranty may vary depending on the specific product. We recommend referring to the product documentation for warranty details.
  2. The warranty for products purchased on our marketplace covers defects and malfunctions in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidents caused by the customer.
  3. If a defect covered by the warranty is identified, Savellet will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product or may refer you to the third-party product provider for further assistance.

6. Returns and Refunds:

  1. Savellet accepts returns of products within a 30-day period from the date of delivery, subject to certain conditions and limitations.
  2. A return can only be initiated after the buyer has received the product, and the product must be in the exact same condition and packaging as when it was purchased from our marketplace. If there is a defect, the purchased product will not be eligible for return.
  3. To initiate a return, you will need to contact Savellet through the sales channel at sales@savellet.com. Our representative will provide instructions on the following procedure.
  4. It is important to contact Savellet before returning any product; otherwise, the product or return will be considered invalid. Once the return is approved, we will contact the buyer using the same email used to initiate the return.
  5. If a product is eligible for return, the refund will be issued in the original currency and payment method used by the buyer at checkout. Shipping costs, taxes, and other applicable fees will not be refunded.

These Third-Party Services govern your use of the mobile phone application (app) and services provided by our third-party partners in conjunction with Savellet.   1. Savellet may integrate or provide access to third-party applications or services, such as mobile phone applications (“App Services”), on its website offered by third parties for enhanced functionality or additional features and a seamless user experience.
  2. Your use of any mobile App Services is subject to the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and any additional agreements provided by the website and the respective third party. Savellet is not responsible for the contents, functionality, or practices of such mobile phone application services and other related third-party services.
  3. Savellet reserves all rights to terminate or suspend any mobile phone App Services and other related services on the website of any third party at any time and for any reason that compromises the safety of users, without prior notice.

  1. The third parties offering mobile phone application services and other related services through the website are independent entities and solely responsible for their mobile phone application contents, functionality, performance, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. When you use any mobile phone application services provided by partners, you enter into a separate agreement with that partner, and their terms and conditions of use and privacy policies apply accordingly.
  3. Savellet is not responsible for any issues, disputes, or liabilities arising from your use of such mobile phone application services and other related services or your interactions with partners.

 

7.3. Data and Privacy:

  1. Using such mobile phone app services and other related services may involve the sharing of personal data or information with the partner or third party. The collection, usage, storage, and protection of your data by the partner are subject to their privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
  2. Some third-party services on the website may include links that direct you to the websites of these third-party service providers. We do not control any of these services or the contents of these third parties, and we will not be held liable for any loss or error associated with them.
  3. Savellet recommends reviewing the partner’s or third party’s privacy policy before using their mobile phone application services and other related services to understand how your data is being handled, as we will not be held responsible for any breach of personal user data by the partner, which rarely occurs.

It is important to stay informed about the proper handling, maintenance, and potential risks associated with any of the products you purchase.
  9. Savellet reserves the right to refuse or restrict certain products or services based on applicable laws, regulations, or internal policies. The limitation of liability described in these terms applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall not be affected or limited by any such refusal or restriction.
  10. This limitation of the liability section shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and continue to be binding on the customer even after the completion of any transaction or purchase on our marketplace. 
  11. Savellet does not endorse any third-party services on the website or marketplace, nor does our cryptocurrency payment method consulting service serve as financial advice to customers or users. When requesting any service on the website or marketplace, it is assumed that the customer or user has prior knowledge and understanding of the requested service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

In order for a fair resolution between Savellet and its users and or customers, It is important to note that the choice of governing law and jurisdiction does not limit or restrict any rights or remedies that may be available to the parties under applicable laws, and Savellet strongly advises users and or customers to contact or draw the attention of Savellet to any dispute dimmed by the user or customer before addressing any lawsuit.
  6. Savellet is committed to resolving any disputes or conflicts in a fair and efficient manner. However, if any legal action is required, it will be conducted in accordance with the laws and procedures of the specified jurisdiction.
